SR Creation Process
1. Start CRM Application using following URL :
http://crmdms.inservices.tatamotors.com/tm
2. Enter Login Id and Password.
3. Go to Site Map.
4. Go to Support Screen Tab.
5. Click on Support screen tab again.
6. Click on New Button.
7. Mention Area & Sub Area according to Issue.
8. Then mention issue in Problem Description.
9. Save SR by pressing CTRL-S.
